Sundays at 10am
As a diverse church community, we present the Christian faith as engaging and relevant.
We worship each Sunday at 10am. In worship we blend different musical styles, share in an inclusive liturgy and listen for God's Word through thought-provoking, socially-aware preaching. Check out our past worship services on YouTube.
We celebrate Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month. You will find a warm welcome
within our multi-cultural congregation both within worship and at the coffee hour which
follows.
We welcome and celebrate the presence of children in worship. Our nurturing program for young children is currently in redevelopment. Additionally, we have programs for middle school and high school youth.

Everyone is welcome
EVERY one is welcome at the WP Presbyterian Church. We are the most racially diverse church in the Presbytery of Hudson River. We are part of the nationwide Presbyterian Church USA, and more locally the Presbytery of Hudson River.

Children are welcome
Each worship service includes a special time upfront dedicated to children called “Children's Time”. Our worship space also has a dedicated youth and children section where children have extra space to explore and move during worship with books and activities to entertain younger children. Our Sunday School program is currently being re-developed and there will be more information about that as it progresses.
Come and join us
We celebrate communion the first Sunday of each month. New participants are welcome to explore church membership.
Music
The Choir is an inspiring and beautiful part of our worship services. Potential new members are invited to be in touch with the Director of Music Ministry through the church office.
Confirmation Class
Confirmation class is held annually for youth in 8th or 9th grades. This is a special class to learn about God and the church and provides a pathway to membership for young people.

Welcome
Everyone is warmly welcome to join our culturally diverse congregation at 10 am services, receiving the word of “The Lord who is near to all who call on him in truth” and with music, prayer and praise. And to explore our faith and relationship with the Lord.
Coffee Hour
“Coffee Hour” (which includes coffee, tea, juice and goodies to eat!) immediately follows the services, giving us opportunities to meet new friends and to enjoy those we already know.
Accessible
Our church is handicapped accessible, with general and handicapped parking behind the church, entering from Barker Ave. There is a children’s play space in the sanctuary, with books and toys to entertain the young children, and enabling their caregiver/s to attend the service and be right there.
