Mission Statement

Ministry through Music

Christian Fellowship

Memorial Planning

In a world where too many people feel that their lives are out of balance, we strive to create a time and place for thoughtful reflection and spiritual nourishment. Our Sunday worship (and supporting programs) are the centerpiece of this commitment.

If you visit with us on a Sunday, you will experience a church that is physically beautiful and a congregation that is warm and caring. Though we are a friendly bunch, we are serious about our shared Christian life. We pray; we study; and we worship. Here is the typical Sunday morning schedule -- open to everyone:

Bible Study - 8:30 a.m.
This group of seekers gathers each Sunday morning to study the bible, and to share personally about the various ways in which God is speaking to our daily lives. A light breakfast is provided.

Sunday Worship - 10:00 a.m.
Every Sunday, we gather in the main sanctuary to be reminded of and to celebrate the gift of Godís love. Our worship is intended to comfort those who need to be comforted, and challenge those who need to be challenged. The service itself blends traditional elements (and music) with more contemporary elements (and music). A children's message is included in the service after which the children may attend Church School. Infant care is available.

Church School - 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
Every Sunday, classes are available for children through the seventh grade. *Typically, eighth graders enter into a year long Confirmation Class.

Coffee Hour - 11:15 a.m.
Every Sunday, we gather in the Church House immediately following worship for refreshments and fellowship.

Adult Christian Education - 11:30 a.m.
Adult education occurs on a semi-regular basis (early September through mid-June). Topics are wide and varied, but always chosen with the intention of bringing our personal faith and faith tradition into dialogue with everyday issues and challenges.
